  Date Time Subject 23rd Jan 2000 11:09:55 GHOSTHUNTER The wrap party last night was a great success and attended by most of the crew. Freddie, Maurice and their wives were also present and the party went on until late. The directors diary is now on line - follow the link to the diary from the Ghosthunter pages. Tomorrow we begin preparing for the edit.

  Date Time Subject 21st Jan 2000 15:30:27 GHOSTHUNTER All the rushes have been returned and viewed and Eddie Hamilton (Editor) will start syncing up sound to the Beta SP tapes, ready to begin the edit. Preparations are under way for the wrap party tomorrow in London. Almost everyone involved in the project have promised to attend. This amounts to about 50 people. It looks like it will be a very entertaining night. For those that can't make it we hope to see you again very soon.

  Date Time Subject 18th Jan 2000 23:07:12 GHOSTHUNTER Pinewood studios for the final days shoot. Rodrigo our camera operator is unavailable for today so we have Trevor Coop taking his place. We've been extremely spoiled with our camera crew during this shoot and to also have the pleasure of working with the man who shot Star Wars: Episode 1 - The Phantom Menace, amongst many other films, is more than we dared imagine. We also have to pay tribute to the work already done with Rodrigo, he's been immensely supportive of the whole project and helped us set up a creative and co-operative environment on the set. A directors production diary is being prepared and will be online shortly.

  Date Time Subject 16th Jan 2000 10:05:24 GHOSTHUNTER Apologies for the lack of news during production week but hard work and long hours kept us away. We have completed all location work and will spend the day at Pinewood Studios on Tuesday for our final days filming. The rushes are looking very good and we'll have a full report on the shoot posted within the next few days. Stay tuned.

  Date Time Subject 5th Jan 2000 22:13:47 GHOSTHUNTER Gavin and Simon spent the day on location reviewing the entire shot list. The Production team spent the day in the Office tying up all the loose ends. We now have a complete cast and a full listing with biographies is now on the website.

  Date Time Subject 5th Jan 2000 23:54:20 GHOSTHUNTER Lens tests today at Panavision and meetings with our Camera crew, Rod (Operator), Dean (Focus puller), Jason (Clapper/loader) and Adam (Trainee). Maurice our executive gaffer was also present and we were able to talk through most of the shots. Phil Aylewood (Key grip) was extremely helpful and suggested that we try and incorporate a Cine Jib into the shoot for the big interior scenes inside the abandoned chapel. We're sorry that Phil might be unable to join us for the complete shoot due to other commitments. Gavin (DoP) and Simon (Director) were also given a demonstration of the lightening strike, which will be provided by Cirrolite. The evening was taken up with drinks in London to meet and socialize with our crew.

  Date Time Subject 4th Jan 2000 18:09:41 GHOSTHUNTER Meeting and costume fitting with Frank Finlay. Claire Moore started preparing the main location in East Grinstead, prior to the arrival of equipment and crew. Jacqueline Phillips has agreed to play the part of Anne Hicks.

  Date Time Subject 3rd Jan 2000 19:45:21 GHOSTHUNTER Back to work today with all departments working towards production next week.
